- Returns without original
packaging or accessories. - Returns in a condition different from the received state.
- If there is an issue with a
single item, only that specific item will be replaced, not the entire set.
Refund Process:
- Refunds may take 7 days after the returned parcel is received.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during checkout.
Broken Items:
- Contact within 7 days of receipt with order number, name, and media evidence (pictures/videos) clearly showing the damage during unpackaging at email sales@arianehome.com or WhatsApp number (+91 9998671333)
- Replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Defective Items:
- Contact within 7 days of receipt with order number, name, and description/pictures of the defect.
- Defective items will be collected for quality assessment, and a replacement will be sent once the defective item is received.
