All items sold on www.arinehome.com either have a 7-day return policy or a 7-day replacement policy.

You can place a return request from the
My Orders section on the website or mail /phone for the items you wish to
return.

 Return Policy:

7-Day Return Policy:

• Initiate return requests within 7
  days of delivery.
• Items must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item at the warehouse.

Replacement Policy:

• Free replacement within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Photos and videos while unpackaging are required for damaged items.
• Items must be kept in their original condition.

Non-Eligibility for
Return or Replacement:

• Returns and replacements are not applicable to discounted items or sets.
• Damages due to misuse are not covered under manufacturer's warranty.
• Incidental damage due to product malfunction.
• Returns without original
  packaging or accessories.
• Returns in a condition different from the received state.
• If there is an issue with a
  single item, only that specific item will be replaced, not the entire set.

Refund Process:

• Refunds may take 7 days after the returned parcel is received.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during checkout.

Broken Items:

• Contact within 7 days of receipt with order number, name, and media evidence (pictures/videos) clearly showing the damage during unpackaging at email sales@arianehome.com or WhatsApp number (+91 9998671333)
• Replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Defective Items:

• Contact within 7 days of receipt with order number, name, and description/pictures of the defect.
• Defective items will be collected for quality assessment, and a replacement will be sent once the defective item is received.
